Pressure limiting and press safety valves

Pressure limiting valves are used as overpressure valves for protecting hydraulic circuits and as control valves for maintaining the pressure from a pump at a constant level. INTEGRAL-HYDRAULIK recommends the series DB.6 valves due to their good regulation behaviour; these valves are designed as seat valves with damping pistons. The seat valve ensures the closure of the pressure chamber free of oil leakage below the pressure set. In the regulation range the damping piston prevents uncontrolled natural oscillation of the valve taper.

For circuits that are subject to the regulations on pressure vessels, TÜV-tested valves are also available. For corresponding applications, a hydraulic accumulator safety block with integrated TÜV valve and drain cock is also available. For more detailed information, please contact our sales staff.
