Raw material crushing industry

Hydraulic solutions by INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK are used for the raw material and hard crushing industry, e.g. coal crushers or cement mills. An application example is a clinker cooler with electronic synchronisation that results in a significant reduction in the maintenance effort and offers a remote maintenance.

Further application examples are our oil supply units for the lubrication of large bearings, crown gears and pinions. The replacement of the previously common grease lubrication with oil lubrication provides longer maintenance intervals as well as a significant reduction in the downtime as the maintenance work is easier. Due to the possibility of the filtration of the lubricant, the wear due to abrasive processes is significantly reduced.
