Our Design and Development Department accompanies the entire process of our customers’ product life cycle. Research and development are therefore essential for our success in business.

Our Design and Development Department guarantees a service to our customers, which is paramount in all aspects, from first contact to the finished product. Our main objectives are to support you in developing new products and to keep up a continuous process of improvement. We use the CAD-systems Catia V4 and V5.

Production planning and control processes are completely IT supported. We can state that the system fulfils all standards required in the automotive industry. Thus we can ensure on time delivery, adherence to quantity stipulation, flexibility and economic efficiency.

Our laboratory is equipped with excellent testing facilities and our quality management works to the strict quality standards imposed by DIN ISO TS 16949 certification. Consequently, we fulfill various components and aptitude tests before and during the series production.
