Quality management
Quality is the foundation of all activities at R&P. A holistic quality management in planning and products is therefore an essential part of our customer focus:
- Our customers and their quality requirements are the focus of our actions.
- Every employee at BHC is responsible for the quality of his or her work.
- We accept no faults and will not pass on defective products.
- Error prevention has priority over troubleshooting.
- We constantly review, evaluate, and improve our products, our work processes and our organization.
- Ongoing further education and regular training are natural for us.
We use this for the benefits of our customers - consistently all areas of our company are certified according to DIN ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Likewise, environmental, health and safety issues are a central concern of the management.
