The KHT Fahrzeugteile GmbH, based in Grevenbroich near Düsseldorf, is an innovative medium-sized group of company in the automotive industry.

Our production program for cars comprises components such as link rods for operating sensors for automatic leveling control of the front headlight system and air suspensions system. Whether metal or plastic versions, whether open or closed versions - we offer a variety of customized solutions. In addition, we have specialized ourselves in the production of gear shift components such as control rods and selector levers. For this cell-manufacturing and assembling units are used.

For the truck industries we supply gear shifts and mounted link rods for regulating the level of cabins and cab suspension as well as to steer the brake system. Our angle transmitter for swing door mechanisms for buses guarantees safe driving. In addition, guide rods and joints of bus doors or the linkage solutions for luggage compartment lids often come from the KHT Fahrzeugteile GmbH. Welded assemblies for the vehicle body, such as door locking systems, complete our application spectrum.

Our machine shop is equipped with the most modern CNC lathes, milling machining centres, welding robots, special assembly machines and other production facilities such as rivets, knurling, cutting, folding, washing etc. Accordingly, we have in-depth manufacturing expertise. We supply complex and sophisticated turned parts into the accumulator industries. We also supply the rail industries with shock mounts. Welded assemblies for the cab suspension of tractors are supplied through our sister company, the BHC Gummi-Metall GmbH.


Our testing laboratory is equipped with excellent testing facilities. Certifications according to ISO / TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 emphasize a strict quality management. Special demands on logistics as just-in-time delivery and EDI connection are fulfilled by us.
