INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK GmbH & Co. KG, located in Willich near Düsseldorf, has established a reputation as an innovative and highly specialized manufacturer of hydraulic power units and systems.

As an engineering office with on-site production our main benefit is that we offer a range of services from the planning to the assembling of hydraulic systems. In close co-operation with our customers we generate solutions especially designed to fulfill individual requirements. We supply our solutions to energy and power plants, the smelting and steel industry as well as foundries and coke plants; our customers also include companies from other industries such as wood-, paper-, print-, and floodgates industry.

Furthermore, we have specific know-how in engineering testing devices. Such called oil-conditioning testing devices simulate a temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C and provide you with information whether your gear drive, your anti-blocking system (ABS) and your traction control work reliably – in all climatic zones. Our electro-hydraulic testing devices allow you to simulate all kinds of applications. For the railway industry we had engineered a points tests stand for function tests on actuators.

Furthermore, we manufacture hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders, controller drives, control blocks and pressure limitation valves.
