Production

The production of rubber-metal parts, small-batch as well as mass production, requires a high degree of know-how.

Our state-of-the art machinery is specifically designed for small series and technically sophisticated products. Our vulcanization-machines (from 100 to 1000 tons) are from manufacturers such as DESMA, LWB and REP. To the extent that after vulcanization another assembly follows, this is done in-house. Accordingly, our production includes different assembly machines.

The necessary rubber compounds are developed and manufactured with recognized partners. Forms and devices are partly manufactured by us, partly by toolmakers with many years of industry expertise.

Required rework (eg. grinding, surface treatment) is done by third parties in close proximity.
