Hy­draulic cylin­ders

INTEGRAL HYDRAULIK supplies hydraulic cylinders in accordance with DIN-ISO or customer standards, as well as custom cylinders of in-house design.

INTEGRAL standard cylinders comply with the ISO standards 6020/1, 6020/2 and 6022 as well as the national standards DIN 24333, 24554 and 24336. Standardised attachment dimensions and installation cavities for seals, a modular layout and the usage of standard parts for components and accessories ensure the greatest possible flexibility in relation to maintenance and replacement. With up to 12 designs per type series and nominal pressures from 70 to 250 bar the cylinders can be optimally adapted to the related application.

In addition INTEGRAL develops and manufactures custom cylinders in accordance with your wishes and characteristic data, as round or flat cylinders including options, e.g. position measurement system, limit switches, sealing systems for low-friction operation, as well as temperature and media-resistance for a very wide range of applications in areas such as power and power plant engineering, the raw material and hard crushing industry, iron mill technology, foundry technology, coking technology, hydraulic steel construction etc.
