About us

The R&P Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Ense near Arnsberg, is an expanding company in the metal forming business. We manufacture precision stamped parts from the smallest up to the finished welding assembly, inclusive surface treatment.

A large range of punching machines, hydraulic and eccentric presses from 200 - 5,000 kN press capacity in a variety of designs, allows us to comply with challenging customer requirements in forming technology. We process by stamping, pressing and drawing all usual cold and hot-rolled strips, including non-ferrous materials up to 10 mm thick.

For further processing we have a broad range of machinery, including welding robots, resistance welding machines, bending presses, thread moulding and flanging machines available. We also offer specific surface treatment for your application.

Our customers come from different industries such as automotive, agriculture, electric, aerospace, plumbing, furniture and mechanical engineering. Certifications according to ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 underline our quality/environmental and health-safety management.
