R&P Umformtechnik GmbH

The R&P Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Ense-Höingen near Dortmund, is an expanding company in the metal forming business. We manufacture precision stamped parts from the smallest up to the finished assembly.

A large range of punching machines, hydraulic and eccentric presses from 100 - 5,000 kN press
capacity in a variety of designs, allows us to comply with challenging customer requirements in forming technology. We process by stamping, pressing and drawing all usual cold and hot-rolled strips,
including non-ferrous materials upto 10 mm thick.

For further processing we have a broad range of machinery, including welding robots, resistance welding machines, bending presses, thread moulding and flanging machines available. We also offer
assembly possibilities.

Our customers come from diverse industries. Our product range in the automotive sector includes adapter holders for sensors that regulate the illumination range of headlights and the air suspensions system, aluminum hubcaps, brake holders, cockpit carriers, truck door locks and other vehicle body components, gears and clutch parts.

To the furniture industries (kitchen and seating), we provide fitting parts and seating elements.
Reflector cages and heatsink plates for the lighting industries, stainless steel drainage systems for the plumbing industries, clutch plates for machines, aluminum parts for aircraft cabins, support elements for the medical and door fittings for the construction industries, including plastic molded, complete our wide range of applications and demonstrate our broad know-how.
